Football Success For Year 4s – Winners Of The Norwich Schools Sports Partnership Development League

The Year 4 have played in three tournaments after school at the UEA.   Leading into the final match day, the year 4’s were top of the group by two points. The first of the matches was against West Earlham Primary which was a close game between the two sides. It took till the second half for the break through, which came from an amazing over-the-top ball which was played to Rylan who calmly finished.  However we were unable to hold on to the lead and conceded late on.   The final score 1-1. The second match was against Notre Dame Prep. This game was a good demonstration of great teamwork and footballing ability. The final score was 3-0  with goals coming from Rylan, Georgina and Blake. The final game was against Mulbarton Primary which was another close game.  Everyone worked hard for each other and got rewarded with a superb solo goal from Rylan to clinch the victory and the title.

Amazing performances from Mateo, Oscar, Blake, Tiago, Georgina, Leo, Jude, Joseph, Billy and Rylan for their participation in all three match days, and an incredible achievement to go undefeated throughout the whole process. I would like to also massive thank you to all parents for their help and support throughout the match days.
